Refund policy

Every piece from Tiny Lantern Studio is hand-painted by Vihaan or printed to order, so we want you to love what arrives. If something isn't right, here's what we do.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@tinylanternstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Original paintings and drawings

You can return an original within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Please email us first, then send it back unused, in its original packaging, with tracking. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the price of the artwork once it reaches us in the same condition.

Prints, postcards, notebooks, bookmarks and stickers

These are made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns if you change your mind. Damaged or misprinted items are always replaced or refunded as above.

Custom pieces

Custom pieces can be cancelled for a full refund before you approve the sketch. After you approve it, the piece is made only for you and can't be refunded, unless it arrives damaged.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, as long as the order hasn't been sent to print or shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
