Shipping policy

Tiny Lantern Studio ships worldwide.

Where your order ships from

  • Original paintings and drawings are wrapped by hand and posted from Muscat, Oman, with a free sticker tucked in.
  • Art prints, greeting cards, postcard sets, notebooks, bookmarks and stickers are printed to order by our print partner, Printify, and shipped straight to you from their print studios (mostly in the United States).

If your order has both an original and printed items, they will arrive in separate parcels at different times.

How long it takes

  • Originals: ready to post within 7 days. Delivery within Oman usually takes 3 to 5 business days; international delivery usually 5 to 21 business days.
  • Printed items: printed in about 2 to 5 business days. Delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days; international delivery usually 7 to 21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer around holidays or because of customs checks.

Shipping costs

  • Originals: shipping is free when your originals add up to $60 or more (or the same amount in your currency). Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout.
  • Printed items: shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and where they are going. Each extra item in the same order usually costs less to ship than the first.

Greeting cards and postcard sets can only be shipped to the United States and Canada for now. A few other printed items can't reach every country yet either. If something can't be shipped to you, its option shows as unavailable on the painting's page, and the original can still be ordered from anywhere.

Tracking

We'll email you when each parcel ships, with tracking where the service offers it.

Customs and import taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the buyer. We aren't able to mark parcels as gifts or lower their declared value.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email hello@tinylanternstudio.com and we'll help track it down, or send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Printed items go to print quickly, so we can't always change an address after you order. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help.
